The space

Welcome to our serene mountain getaway, a bright and inviting top-floor condo with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views of the majestic Lizard Range. Located just a 5-minute drive from the ski hill and a 20/30 minute lesiurely walk to downtown Fernie, our retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

Your stay begins with easy self check-in via a lock-box, making your arrival seamless and stress-free. Park your car in the heated underground garage and take the elevator to the fourth floor. For your outdoor gear, you'll find a ski storage locker in the basement and a secure place to lock your bikes.

Relax and rejuvenate with full access to our building's amenities, including a heated swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, and exercise room. After a day of exploring the slopes or mountain bike trails, unwind in the soothing waters or work up a sweat in the fitness area.

Our open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, allowing you to comfortably prepare meals. We provide essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans to get you started. The kitchen features modern appliances and a gas BBQ on the balcony, perfect for enjoying a meal with the backdrop of stunning mountain views.

Rest comfortably in our three spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom boasts a private ensuite, offering a touch of luxury and privacy. Hotel-quality linens and towels are provided for all guests, ensuring a restful night’s sleep and a refreshing start to your day.

For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.

Your pool and garage fobs must be returned to the unit upon your check-out, and your room key cards returned to the lock box so our cleaner and future guests can get in. Failure to return any of the keys will incur an immediate replacement fee of $75: thank you for your understanding.

**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

The place was nice and close to the ski hill as well as town. The condo was clean and beautiful. A perfect spot!

Had a great stay over spring break. Being so close to the ski resort was a plus and we had two good days of skiing. The condo itself is very clean, well stocked with any amenities you can think of. Host responded quickly to any of our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. We would for sure stay here again as it was perfect for our family!

Apartment is in a great location and is very roomy. We had a party of 5 and did not feel cramped at all. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are large. The pool was clean, the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and there was also a steam room that was fantastic! Location is about a 25 minute walk to downtown which we loved as it is a scenic walk and you cross over the river. Host was extremely responsive (and I asked a lot of questions) and addressed everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment when you stay in Fernie.

Stephanie’s place was really nice and cozy place to stay while snowboarding in fernie it is really close to the hill. The amenities in the complex are also really nice to use. Overall lovely stay and proactive host.

This place was awesome. I was on a longer stay and it really felt like a home away from home. It was well stocked, lots of space, quality bedding and towels. I highly recommend booking

It was a good experience overall staying here. It wasn't advertised that there was no smart tv or Netflix/Prime options so you have to bring your own. We would consider staying again for sure

Comfortable beds. Kids loved swimming. Something to note, you can’t have bikes in the room. Can lock up in the parking below ground. We will be back!

This is our second time staying at this location, it’s our favourite go-to place to have access to the pool and underground parking is a huge plus for us as we stay with classic cars for the show and shine weekend.

This is the PERFECT place! The location is great, close to ski hill, close to downtown and close to a grocery store. Upon entering, the place was VERY clean! The beds were comfortable, the towels were plentiful and the kitchen and eating area were perfect size for all of staying there’s. Stephanie was helpful and responded to questions right away. We will definitely be staying there again!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fernie at Stephanie’s place. The unit was very clean, inviting and family friendly. We loved the location and amenities her place had to offer. The pool and hot tub offered endless fun for our kids . I’d highly recommend staying here the next time you’re in Fernie. 5 stars!!

Very clean property and the location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants near the area. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and you can access it until 11pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back again.
