Stay at one of the most popular destinations in Fernie - Silver Rock. Conveniently located just off the highway you will minutes from the Alpine Resort, Downtown, boutiques, shops, restaurants, and trails. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings you will feel right at home here. The building also boasts a hot tub, pool, gym, communal laundry, underground heated parking, and storage areas for bikes and skis. You really get it all here at Silver Rock.
The space
ENTRANCE
You will find our unit at the end of the hallway on the second floor. As you enter, on your right you will find a closet with the ironing board, iron, hanging space, and a boot warmer that you can use during your stay.
KITCHEN AND DINING
You will find the fully equipped kitchen to your right, with all the large and small appliances you would expect in a family kitchen (see amenities list). We also leave a supply of cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee for you to enjoy while with us. The dining table has four chairs but there are a few storage cubes in the lounge area that can be used for additional seating if required.
LOUNGE
The lounge with two leather sofas and a gas fireplace is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in Fernie and the surrounding areas. Curl up to read a book, or watch your favourite movie on the large TV. There is standard cable and Apple TV.
BALCONY
There is a lovely private balcony that faces the highway and mountains, and has comfortable seating and a BBQ that you can use during your stay.
INSUITE LAUNDRY
Within a closet you will find the insuite laundry facilities. There is also a communal laundry room at Silver Rock that you can use during your stay. If you are here for work, please do not wash construction or mining work clothes in the in-suite laundry, use the communal facilities, thank you.
BEDROOMS
For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, drawers and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over queen arrangement. There is also closet and drawer space for all your belongings.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are stocked with white fluffy hotel-quality towels. You will also find pool towels for use with the hot tub, steam room, and pool. Within the bathrooms there is also a supply of locally made body wash/shampoo from Soco Soaps in town.
Guest access
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

Other things to note
Important Notice!!! The pool area will be under construction from May 12 until approximately the end of September 2025. During this period, the hot tub will be unavailable. The pool and steam room may be accessible on select days, but we do not have confirmed dates at this time.
Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
