Recently renovated condo - If you want spectacular mountain views and a great vantage of Fernie Alpine Resort and the surrounding mountains, then this is the condo for you. Enjoy a small balcony and open-plan living to relax with family and friends after an action-packed day. With just a short drive to Fernie’s historic downtown, you will be right where the action is! The Timberline communal amenities are also available during your stay: hot tubs, sauna, ski storage, and games rooms.

The space

The most spectacular part of this property is its uninterrupted views from the living area. You can see bikers heading down the resort and have wonderful views all the way to Mount Hosmer, Mount Fernie, and the Three Sisters. Enjoy taking in these beautiful views from the comfort of your balcony in the warm summer evenings after a long day exploring Fernie. The views can also be enjoyed as you relax in the lounge area that features a three-seater sofa and two single armchairs.

The large windows throughout the property provide ample natural light. There is a ceiling fan just above the dining table, which will help to circulate air throughout the living area.

The condo’s bedroom setup will work great for both groups and families and can sleep a maximum of four guests.

The first bedroom hosts a king bed and connecting bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and sink. The connecting bathroom can also be accessed from the entrance hallway. The king bedroom features a built-in AC unit to keep you cool during the warmer nights. The second bedroom contains two bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom, which has a shower/bathtub combo, toilet, and sink. For the warmer months, you will find a portable AC unit in the bunk room. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains so you can get a more restful sleep.

All beds are made up with hotel-grade linens and both bathrooms are equipped with a quality bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, and locally made 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo.

The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary kitchen cookware, bakeware, plate ware, and glassware. With full size appliances, kettle, two-slice toaster, coffee maker, and good quality pots and pans you will have everything you need to cook for your group throughout your stay. You will even find complimentary fresh coffee beans, cooking oil, salt and pepper, for use during your stay.

The kitchen opens out into the dining area. The large wooden dining table, 2 benches and 2 additional seats means you can comfortably seat all guests.

The TV has cable and access to popular streaming services, so you won’t miss your favourite shows! The soundbar offers a great viewing experience. You will also find a tv in the twin room with access to Netflix and other streaming services. This offers a great space for kids to relax and watch a movie!

PARKING PASS
There is a parking pass scheme in place at Timberline properties. Please ensure you use the pass(es) provided in the property during your stay, and return before your departure. Please note, lost or missing passes incur a replacement fee.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, sauna and game rooms are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

House Rules

- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 6 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- Nothing is to be left in the hallways.
- Cooking or BBQ'ing is not allowed on the balconies. Each building has ground floor BBQs for your use.
- Remove dirt and snow from your footwear before entering the building. Please consider removing dirty footwear.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment cannot be stored indoors unless otherwise stated. Please use the locker provided in the basement, or the bike racks outside.
- The strata have a quiet time bylaw (11 PM - 7 AM) that requires all occupants of units in the strata not to generate noise that pervades other units during this time. Noise travels easily from the outside of the buildings. Ensure to be especially quiet on decks past 11 PM. Any complaints will result in an automatic fine of $200 to be levied against your party.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
- Park carefully, considerately, and adhere to ‘No Parking’ areas. At busy times there is a shortage of parking.
- You must return the Timberline parking pass to the unit prior to your departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of $50 per pass.
- Do not idle your vehicle. Air intake vents will bring your exhaust fumes in the entire building.

IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK

- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Awesome stay. Perfect location, unreal views. Perfect for kids and family.

We had a wonderful time in Fernie. We especially enjoyed the view from the condo. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing some of our meals there.

Great location on the mountain at Fernie. A short 5 minute walk to the base area. Lots of parking, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, and games room lots of amenities available on site. The suite itself is nice too, well setup for 4 adults. Clean and well cared for, with a great host who was very responsive when we had a couple questions. We stayed in summer for the first time and it was a lot of fun, the A/C units in the bedrooms work great. Would recommend staying here during your Fernie vacation either summer or winter.

AC broke ryland had it fixed promptly. It was 35 deg and I appreciate the AC allot at this temperature ?️

Beautiful views off the deck. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the unit and kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the coffee beans provided and the coffee grinder! We would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive host. Cozy place within walking to the ski lifts. Super quiet at night. Had a couple amazing sleeps. Well equipped kitchen.

Stunning views from the Airbnb and only a short drive into Fernie. We had four people staying at the place and it felt spacious. We were able to use both hot tub and sauna which felt amazing after a long hike. The space was easy to access and very clean. The host was welcoming and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's condo. We had great communication with them and their co-hosts. The view is spectacular...you will never grow tired of looking out the window! I had a few reservations about renting a condo, but this place was extremely quiet, we never heard any neighbors. We even had the privilege of seeing a Canadian moose by the parking lot. We had everything we needed and it was a bonus to have two bathrooms....one for us and the other for our teenage daughters. The place was clean and the air conditioning a blessing since it was so warm while we were there. We also enjoyed having it so close to the ski hill. I would highly recommend staying here! Excellent location and the unit looks like the pictures. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, A/C was fabulous keeping the unit comfortable for sleeping and the internet speed for work was perfect. No issues and we would stay again.
