This two-bedroom, three-level condo is ideal for families or friends throughout all the seasons. Located beside the Elk River, you'll be a short drive from the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort, downtown, Provincial Park, and Island Lake Lodge. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with hotel-quality linens, living space, work station in the master bedroom, and in-suite laundry facilities.
The space
As you look at the property you will see a nice patio area with a new natural gas BBQ. Please note, there is no patio set at the moment, this will be coming soon. This is the perfect area to sit and take in the mountain vibes after a busy day exploring Fernie. There are steps up to the shared condo entrance area. Here you will find the ski locker that you can use during your stay.
LIVING SPACE
As you enter the condo you arrive in the main living space. Here you will find a sofa, gas fireplace, Roku TV, a four-seater dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and the main bathroom with a tub-shower combo.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has all the large and small appliances that you need to create a quick snack or full meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay with us.
BATHROOMS
On the main floor, there is a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, hair dryer, vanity unit, locally made body wash/shampoo, and thick hotel-quality towels.
BEDROOMS
You will find one queen bedroom upstairs and one queen bedroom downstairs. Please note there are no doors to these rooms. For your comfort, each bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens. There are closets and dressers for you to use.
The upstairs bedroom has a half bathroom (toilet only), and a work desk.
LAUNDRY
Downstairs you will find the laundry and furnace room. There is a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron that you can use during your stay.
Guest access
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. House Rules
- Quiet time is from 10 pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors. Three separate ski lockers are available.
- The strata have a quiet time bylaw (11 PM - 7 AM) that requires all occupants of units in the strata not to generate noise that pervades other units during this time. Noise travels easily from the outside of the buildings. Ensure to be especially quiet on decks past 11 PM. Any complaints will result in an automatic fine of $200 to be levied against your party.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules
IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
