There is a lovely deck area with BBQ for you to enjoy, and the views are lovely. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, and the beds are all dressed in hotel-quality linens. The space
ENTRANCE
You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get to the main door. As you walk in you will find trays for your shoes and hooks for your coats. Along the corridor, you will also find the ensuite laundry closet, furnace room, closet, and a door to one of the bedrooms.
LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN
At the end of the entrance corridor, you will come to the open-plan living area. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the large and small appliances you will need to whip up a light snack or full meal. In addition to the expected, you will also find a blender and popcorn maker that you are welcome to use. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. The dining table is small, and you will find extra folding chairs beside the fridge.
The living space is comfortable and has two sofas, ceiling fan, a large Roku TV with standard cable, a ceiling fan, and a shelf full of games that you are welcome to use.
PATIO
From the lounge and kitchen area, there are patio doors that open out onto a lovely deck area with seating. There are also steps down to the ground floor from the deck.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
From the entrance hall, you have immediate access to the lock-off unit which has a queen bed, closet, streaming TV (Fire TV), and ensuite with tub-shower combo. Additionally, you will find a mini fridge and microwave in here.
Just off the dining area, you will find another bedroom with a queen bed, closet, two dressers, and access to the main bathroom (Jack and Jill style). There is a tub-shower combo in this bathroom.
Both bathrooms have hotel-quality towels provided along with locally made SoCo Soaps shampoo/body wash.
THE LOFT AREA
Upstairs you will find the loft area. This is an open-plan space and you can look down onto the main living space. Here you will find a futon-bunk bed with a single mattress over a futon base, a double bed, a dedicated workspace, and a ceiling fan.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors. Three separate ski lockers are available.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
LOCK OFF CONDOS (rooms without a kitchen)
- Strictly no cooking within lock-off units, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
