You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay in Fernie. With a separate bedroom plus a loft area with a futon-bunk and double bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. There is a lovely deck area with BBQ for you to enjoy, and the views are lovely. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, and the beds are all dressed in hotel-quality linens. With a mountain of adventures on your doorstep, we know you will love your stay in Fernie.

The space

ENTRANCE
You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get to the main door. As you walk in you will find trays for your shoes and hooks for your coats. Along the corridor, you will also find the ensuite laundry closet, furnace room, and closet.

LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN
At the end of the entrance corridor, you will come to the open-plan living area. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the large and small appliances you will need to whip up a light snack or full meal. In addition to the expected, you will also find a blender and popcorn maker that you are welcome to use. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. The dining table is small, and you will find extra folding chairs beside the fridge.

The living space is comfortable and has two sofas, ceiling fan, a large Roku TV with standard cable, a ceiling fan, and a shelf full of games that you are welcome to use.

PATIO
From the lounge and kitchen area, there are patio doors that open out onto a lovely deck area with seating. There are also steps down to the ground floor from the deck.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
Just off the dining area, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, two dressers, and access to the main bathroom (Jack and Jill style). There is a tub-shower combo in this bathroom. Hotel-quality towels are provided, along with locally made SoCo Soaps shampoo/body wash.

THE LOFT AREA
Upstairs you will find the loft area. This is an open-plan space and you can look down onto the main living space. Here you will find a futon-bunk bed with a single mattress over a futon base, a double bed, a dedicated workspace, and a ceiling fan.

Guest access

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the lock-off unit, which is locked at all times from both sides.

Other things to note

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

LOCATION

5-minute drive to Fernie Alpine Resort skiing and biking hills

5-minute drive to Downtown Fernie to enjoy restaurants, bars and nightlife
30-minute walk to Mount Fernie Provincial Park for incredible hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing adventures

TRANSPORTATION

There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors. Three separate ski lockers are available.

COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Was very nice and clean place to stay with lots of room !! I’ll definitely be back.

This is a great space in a great location. Very comfortable, a nice little library and games corner, well equipped kitchen and quiet.

Stayed with Ryland and his properties multiple times highly recommend.

Ryland's place was cozy and comfortable. The condo is well-equipped, and it is easy to make yourself at home. Loved the local art, it makes the space mountain retreat. We were a group of 5, two kids, and 3 adults. The bunk beds in the loft with the queen make for a flexible space and gives everyone personal space. Ryland was proactive in communicating. Would recommend this space for couples and families.

Grosse Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Waren jedoch nur zu 2, daher für uns eher etwas zu teuer für das was wir brauchten. Gute Lage, in der Nähe zu Fernie. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Biken. Leider keine Abendsonne auf der Terrasse. Wohnung ist etwas älter, wie auch die Einrichtung
