Enjoy easy access to everything Fernie has to offer from this stylish 1-bedroom condo just steps from downtown. Walk to shops, cafés, and restaurants, or hit nearby trails. Fernie Alpine Resort is a quick 12-minute drive, with a ski shuttle running in winter. After a day of adventure, unwind in the building’s communal hot tub and soak in the mountain vibes.
The space
In the main entrance to the 901 building you will find a lockbox which holds the keycards for our condo. You will find the lockbox code within the information that is sent to you 24 hours prior to your check-in. As you enter 901, you need to take the left hand corridor and our condo can be found down here on the right.It is also worth noting, that within this building is rather wonderful full service spa! Make sure you check it out.
ENTRANCE
As you walk into our beautiful condo you arrive into a small entrance area with coat rack. Immediately opposite you is a large closet with stacked washer/dryer.
LIVING SPACE
As you walk from the entrance down the hallway you will arrive in the open plan living space that encompasses the lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Just before you walk into the open plan area, on the right hand wall is a front door buzzer which can be used to let guests into the building.
The lounge has an exceptionally large, 65" smart TV on the wall, and there is a cozy electric fireplace. There is a comfy two seater sofa which is ideal for curling up on and reading a book, or for relaxing on and watching your favourite movie after a busy day exploring Fernie.
The large corner kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a snack or hearty meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for your use. We provide a grinder for those fresh beans, so just remember to bring your whitener of choice!
Next to the kitchen island is a large four seater round dining table.
BATHROOM
Back down the hallway and along the corridor you will find the large bathroom. Within there are two sinks, a large soaker tub, and a huge walk in shower with rain-head. There are fluffy white towels, and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your use.
BEDROOM
In the bedroom there are two tall windows with a lovely court yard view. The large and super comfortable bed has a memory foam topper for extra comfort, and the bed linen has a high thread count which feels lovely to the touch. There is also a large closet for your personal use.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Please return keys and key cards to lockbox upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 replacement fee.
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Great stay. Only stayed for one night but it was perfect. Will definitely stay again.
This place is charming and is easy to walk to downtown. Love having easy access to ski hills, fat biking and local restaurants. Our host, Ryland, was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to staying here again
This was a great place to Ski Fernie and then walk the Main Street at night. Lots of fun shops and places to eat only 2 blocks away from the place.

The condo was very clean and was in a great location. There were so many shops and restaurants a short walk away and there are plenty of trails within biking distance. Parking was also very convenient and the garage has high clearance.
