Our one bedroom plus loft town house is the perfect place for family and friends to stay when visiting Fernie. With plenty of space, comfy furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking, our townhouse is a great choice. The Riverside development is situated along the beautiful Elk river, and nearby you have Fernie Downtown, the ski hill, Fernie Provincial Park, and the infamous Island Lake Lodge.
The space
ENTRANCE
There are a couple of steps up to the main entrance. Once inside you enter into the main hallway. There are steps up to the loft area, and down the hallway is the kitchen and master bedroom.
BASEMENT
From the main floor there are steps down to the basement where you will find a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron for your use.
KITCHEN
The open plan kitchen and living space over looks the decked area which has great views of the mountain range. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could needs during your stay including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans. Don't worry, we also supply a bean grinder and coffee machine. In addition to the round dining table there is also bar seating at the kitchen counter.
LIVING SPACE
The lounge space is next to the kitchen area. You will find a gas fireplace, comfy sofa, TV, and access to the decked patio. There is also a ceiling fan in this area.
DECKED PATIO
There is a small outdoor table and seating area on the patio, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
In the master bedroom is a comfy queen bed dressed in hotel quality linens. Next to the bedroom is the main bathroom. There is a bath tub with shower over, and plenty of quality towels. We also supply you with locally made hand soap and bodywash/ shampoo.
LOFT AREA
The stairs to the loft area are located next to the main entrance. This area is a large space ideal for families or extra guests. There is a beanbag seating area and TV, plus a double over queen bunk bed. Both beds are dressed in hotel quality linens for your comfort.
Guest access
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There are connecting doors to two lock-off units which are locked at all times from both sides.

Please note that the BBQ may be inaccessible during winter months, as availability depends on snow and ice conditions.
This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 10 pm - 7 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
