This popular Riverside development is a great choice due to it's convenient, and beautiful location. Downtown is just a five minute drive away where you can find lots of restaurants and shops, and Fernie Alpine resort is a ten minute drive up the hill. Furthermore, you will also find entrance the to Mount Fernie Provincial Park opposite the Riverside development. This comfortable hotel-style condo suite has a mini fridge, microwave, Queen bed and ensuite.
The space
MAIN ENTRANCEThere are a few steps up to the covered entrance way. You walk immediately into the main suite. The Queen bed is in front of you, the TV and drawers to your right, and the ensuite ahead of you.
The comfortable Queen bed is dressed in hotel quality linens, and adds a touch of luxury and comfort to your stay. You will also find a mini fridge, microwave and TV (with cable) in this suite.
In the ensuite with standard bath tub, you will find hotel quality towels along with locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your use.

As you walk up the steps to the main entrance there are ski lockers for your personal use.
IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations.
- Strictly no cooking within lock-offs, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Nice simple room. Check in is easy and the place was clean and ready when I got there. It’s just a bed and a bathroom, but comfortable and great price.

This was a great overnight stay in Fernie. The town is lovely and I just needed a clean place to sleep and this was perfect! The soap in the bathroom provided was locally made and high quality natural ingredients! I loved it!

A great, basic place to stay for a solo or a quick couples ski trip. Nice location in Riverside located close to the ski hill and close proximity back to the town of Fernie.
Nice little place for the one night I needed it passing through fernie. Very clean with a nice comfy bed and for a good price compared to even the cheeper hotels in the area.
Ryland's place is perfectly located near the ski hill. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

I was in the area for work, but I felt at home after a day of work. A inviting and comfortable room in a beautiful area of Fernie.
Quite, secure location.
Ryland was a great host and the property is exactly as pictured. Beautiful mountain views all around and a short walk into town or an even shorter taxi ride.

Great place. Some sound transmits from adjoining room but thankfully they were very quiet. Would stay there again. Very good Indian restaurant nearby too.

Great location, awesome communication with host, very accommodating. Very noisy, between the paper walls, and the upstairs neighbors walking down with their ski boots or shoveling their stairs. But we really appreciated the late checkout.
