Get together with family or friends at our lovely three bedroom, three bathroom condo in Fernie. This popular Riverside development is a great choice due to it's convenient, and beautiful location. Downtown is just a five minute drive away where you can find lots of restaurants and shops, and Fernie Alpine resort is a ten minute drive up the hill. Furthermore, you will also find entrance the to Mount Fernie Provincial Park opposite the Riverside development.

The space

MAIN ENTRANCE
There are a few steps up the covered entrance way. As you walk into the main unit (1324) the hallway leads to the main living area.

MAIN LIVING AREA
As you walk down the hallway from the entrance area you enter an open plan living area with gas fireplace, wall mounted TV, comfy sofa, chair, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen has all the large appliances that you would expect in a fully equipped kitchen, and we even provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans for you to use.

From the main living area you can access the large sheltered deck, where there is outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ for your use. You can also walk down from the deck, across a small grassed area to the nearby street.

Off the main living area there is also a Jack-and-Jill bathroom which is attached to the main Queen bedroom. There are hotel quality towels provided, along with locally made hand soap, body wash/shampoo.

From the main living space there are stairs down to the second, family sized living area.

BEDROOMS
The first bedroom can be found down the hallway on your right from the entrance way. This Queen bedroom has a microwave, mini fridge, TV, drawer storage for your clothes, closet, and an ensuite with standard bath tub. The bed linens and towels are of hotel quality, and add that touch of luxury and comfort to your stay. There are also locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo provided for you.

Further into the main unit, and on your left, you will find the main Queen bedroom. The room has plenty of storage for your clothes, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom/ensuite. Again, all towels and bedlinens are of hotel quality for your comfort. More locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo are provided for you.

DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs has plenty of sofa space for the whole family, and then some! This space is perfect for cuddling up to watch a movie on the large TV, or simply for enjoying a games night together.

You will also find the third bedroom with a double/twin bunk and closet space. You will find portable floor fans in the condo for your use. Next to the bedroom is the third bathroom, with standard tub, hotel quality towels, and more locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your use.

And lastly, you will find the laundry room that houses a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, all for your use.

As you walk up the steps to the main entrance there are ski lockers for your personal use. One for each unit, 1322 and 1324.

IMPORTANT: The strata forbid the use of hot plates and portable cooking stoves in all lock-off units.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Awesome place! Plenty of room! Amazing location.

Nice place to stay and nice location

A great summer getaway. Tons of outdoor activities in Fernie. Lots of restaurants, bars, downtown shopping. Our stay was very pleasant, super easy to find, get in, and was clean clean clean. 10/10

Great place to stay, exactly as described

Clean condo with lots of space.

Nice place and convenient

The house is beautiful and in good condition! The bedding, pillows, couches are all super comfy and the kitchen is fully supplied. The house is decorated nicely and the downstairs is incredibly spacious! Ryland is very quick to respond and friendly too! There were a few things that I wasn't stoked about - our original booking I made 2months ago was cancelled two days before our trip so I booked this 1,then another one I had my eyes on dropped in price (it had a hot tub) and looked to be managed by Ryland as well, however the profile picture was different. I spent 2hrs the day before we left talking with Airb&b and messaging with Ryland and was told we could not change our booking because Ryland had two accounts and he did not agree to the refund. I was very disappointed by this. It also felt a little cheap to make guests pay $35 for damage insurance and then also charge $25 per hour for a late check out after already receiving over $1500 from us. Aside from this, its a great place!

This location was easy for us and was a quick drive to downtown Fernie. It would be extra handy for people accessing the ski hill. We would stay again.
