Guest access
The suite will be entirely yours during your stay. The staircase and hallway are shared with another rental unit as well as the owners. Please note that multiple businesses are operated on the main floor of the building and you will run into customers in the entrance area and the parking lot during business hours.
Guest access to secure ski rack in storage room is provided.

Our flats are located on the second floor of our building with a couple of businesses on the main floor.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.

How It Works
- The policy covers accidental damages up to a total of CA$1000.
- If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us.
- We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit.
Optional Protection
- This policy is optional, and you can choose whether to purchase it when booking.
- If you prefer not to purchase the policy, simply decline the waiver during the verification process.
- Without the policy, guests will be responsible for covering any damages.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
