The studio is fitted with a queen-sized bed, the room is perfect for a couple or a single guest. There is also a full-sized refrigerator available, should you want to store meals to go or keep beverages cool. Equipped with everything you need for your stay - you won't need to bring a thing! In the en-suite bathroom, find a standup shower, cozy towels and locally-made soaps.

In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ.
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Very beautiful location. I am disappointed there is a $67 cleaning fee yet you the guest are expected to clean (take out garbage and do the dishes). I used a cup and used one trash can for garbage.
We totally enjoyed our stay at Ryland’s place. From check in to check out- everything was great. A wonderful clean suite and a great location.

This was a great place to stay in Fernie! Nice little apartment very close to town and easy to get to the ski resort. Also super great to have access to the pool, steam room, hot tub and laundry!

It was clean, easy to access, private, and so very comfortable for a home away from home on a rainy mountain weekend.

Nice central location for our stay, loved our balcony view of the mountains where we enjoyed many great meals. The BBQ on the balcony was a perfect fit for us.
Great place to stay while in the area. Had everything we needed and was a nice clean property. The view was nice off the balcony. Was a quiet place which was nice and easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was exactly as described and served us well. Ryland was patient with my confusion about the lockbox. Two downsides: 1. We felt blind-sided by the management fees. 2. The building was right on the highway and thus was pretty noisy.

Great spot for two - looks out to the mountains! Clean and comfortable. 5 min drive to the hill and downtown (also walkable). Ryland was great at providing info we needed. Would recommend!
