Bright, light and airy––this two bedroom plus loft condo makes for one dreamy stay in Fernie. Featuring huge windows, plenty of greenery and bohemian touches, you’ll love curling up on the couch to enjoy a roaring fire after a day of snowy adventures. Located just minutes from the ski hills of Fernie Alpine Resort, as well as the hustle and bustle of downtown––there is no better location in town.
The space
BED & BATHMake yourself at home with a large king-sized bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, find an additional king bed, alongside a charming sitting area and second full bath. In the loft, there is a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for larger visiting families. Throughout the space, guests can enjoy plenty of leafy greenery bringing life to the condo. There is a full, four-piece bathroom for guest use, including a tub for unwinding after a long day on the ski hills.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The spacious living room has a comfortable couch where you can kick back and enjoy a movie night in, with a flat screen TV directly over the fireplace. Upstairs in the loft, there is an additional sitting area––perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying conversation. Back on the main floor, there is a fully stocked kitchen, with plenty of counter space. Guests can enjoy the drip coffee maker in the morning, or boil the kettle for a cup of tea. In addition, there is a small dining area that can be used to share in family meals.
AMENITIES
Guests have use of a completely private patio to enjoy incredible mountain views. There is a cute patio set for enjoying a glass of wine, as well as a BBQ available for grilling up the perfect steak. Please note, when it snows we cannot guarantee access to the BBQ. Inside, there is a free washer and dryer available, as well as on-site parking.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

The condo was really clean. Stephanie always responded quickly to any questions I had.
We had a quick stay at Stephanie’s place but it was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and a great value. I would stay here again when visiting Fernie. This was two units joined together which worked perfectly for our group.
There was an issue with the Wifi, but Stephanie was very responsive and provided a workaround quickly. The place was great overall!
We stayed at Stephanie’s place for four days while we hiked, biked, and enjoyed the beach at nearby Surveyor’s Lake. Her place is clean, spacious and convenient. We would definitely stay there again. We love Fernie!
The place was very clean and Ella was fabulous as a host. She was responsive and all directions for check in/out were clear. There are a lot of stairs and we could have used extra blankets, but overall the stay was just as advertised.
Nice cozy place, very fast reponses from the host, I would definately recommend!
