Situated on the ski hill, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a great view of the surrounding mountains. This recently renovated suite boasts a spectacular view of the alpine resort and 3 Sisters, all the while enjoying Fernie’s four seasons of fun! Enjoy the use of a recently renovated bathroom, freshly painted room with new furnishings and new queen size mattress. You also have access to a ski locker, common hot tubs, bbq's, sauna, games room and common rooms.

The space

BED & BATH

The suite features a luxe, NEW queen bed and plenty of closet space for storage. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to soak sore muscles after hitting the slopes. The bathroom comes fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products. Guests also have access to a mini fridge and microwave for making quick meals on the go!

AMENITIES

Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage. There are no glasses, cups or coffee maker in the room.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

PARKING PASS
There is a parking pass scheme in place at Timberline properties. Please ensure you use the pass(es) provided in the property during your stay, and return before your departure. Please note, lost or missing passes incur a replacement fee.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, sauna and game rooms are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

House Rules

- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 6 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- Nothing is to be left in the hallways.
- Remove dirt and snow from your footwear before entering the building. Please consider removing dirty footwear.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors unless otherwise stated. Please use the locker provided in the basement, or the bike racks outside.
- The strata have a quiet time bylaw (11 PM - 7 AM) that requires all occupants of units in the strata not to generate noise that pervades other units during this time. Noise travels easily from the outside of the buildings. Ensure to be especially quiet on decks past 11 PM. Any complaints will result in an automatic fine of $200 to be levied against your party.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
- Park carefully, considerately, and adhere to ‘No Parking’ areas. At busy times there is a shortage of parking.
- You must return the Timberline parking pass to the unit prior to your departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of $50 per pass.
- Do not idle your vehicle. Air intake vents will bring your exhaust fumes in the entire building.

IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK

- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

LOCK OFF CONDOS (rooms without a kitchen)

- Strictly no cooking within lock-off units: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves if they are provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

A nice place on ski hill, quiet & nice rounding

Clean and nice location! It definitely feels like a hotel, so this is importantly to know if that is not what you’re looking for. The walls are thin so you may hear your neighbours. Stephanie was very responsive and check in was easy :)

tanya is a superb host super quick and very friendly 5 stars all round with no complaints, the room itself is perfect if you are looking for a one or two party finding ean air and quite nights, its proximity to the resort is great for those powderdays or hangover days when you drag yourself onto the slopes. the only issues I've found is that if you are staying for a week or longer it can be too isolating being so far from town means a car is a absolute must this stops you hitting the intown bars and partys that happen around fernie unless you want to fork out a expensive taxi with the costs ranging between $30 to $120 depending on the times. overall the room and service it 10/10 the location is your only issue.

Great value and very close to the resort

This was the perfect place for a getaway without the kids! It was clean, cozy and enjoyable! The location is great, especially if you’re going to the ski hill. The hot tub was a great feature too! Tanya was super responsive and the instructions / information was clearly laid out. We’d definitely come back!

Place is perfect for the two of us. Sadly there is smoke so we couldnt see the mountains, but the place is really nice quiet and releaxing, close to DT fernie.

My stay was amazing! Place was perfect for one person. Clean and quiet area. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay here. We couldn’t have asked for a better ski weekend with this location! Even came in for a lunch and headed back out later that day. The place is exactly as described. My only recommendation is to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash!

It was an awesome location, just a short walk from the resort. Hot tub is awesome and view is great.
