Amazing unit with a warm mountain town feel, located in the Riverside development halfway between the ski hill and downtown Fernie. This unit has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your get away. Open concept living room and kitchen area, and beautiful master bedroom with ensuite on the top floor. Well equipped kitchen, fire-place and a cozy living area. Guests have full access to the entire unit. Spacious patio out front to enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountain.
The space
BED & BATHUpstairs, find the large, spacious master with a cozy queen-sized bed, as well as a four-piece ensuite attached with soaker tub. Downstairs, there is a second bedroom with a second queen, suited for another couple or families with little ones. Additionally, there is a second bathroom on the main level with a full-sized soaker tub.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
On the main level, spread out among the living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, there is a flat screen TV available to catch the big game, as well as a stone fireplace for cozy nights in. The kitchen comes with everything you could need including dishes, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker.
AMENITIES
Note that access to the patio out front is great in the summer and often gets covered in snow in the winter. There is free parking available on the premises, as well as free street parking.
Please note, during the winter months, the BBQ and Patio may not be available due to snow fall and freezing temperatures.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)

- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

We had a wonderful and restful stay in Fernie while visiting for work. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We would stay again!
Very nice condo, well equipped. It was quiet and very accessible. I had a few questions for Cici and they were answered right away. We were fly fishing in the area, it fit the need perfectly.

We stayed two nights and the place was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, minimal noise aside from the train. Cici was responsive and even let us know we could check in early. Would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cici's place in Fernie! Location is only a few minute drive to both downtown Fernie and the ski hill. Cici's place was clean. She was responsive and provided clear instructions. Would reccomend!
