Bright, light and airy––this one bedroom plus loft condo makes for one dreamy stay in Fernie. Featuring huge windows, plenty of greenery and bohemian touches, you’ll love curling up on the couch to enjoy a roaring fire after a day of snowy adventures. Located just minutes from the ski hills of Fernie Alpine Resort, as well as the hustle and bustle of downtown––there is no better location in town.

The space

BED & BATH

Make yourself at home with a large king-sized bed in the master bedroom. In the loft, there is a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for larger visiting families. Throughout the space, guests can enjoy plenty of leafy greenery bringing life to the condo. There is a full, four-piece bathroom for guest use, including a tub for unwinding after a long day on the ski hills.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The spacious living room has a comfortable couch where you can kick back and enjoy a movie night in, with a flat screen TV directly over the fireplace. Upstairs in the loft, there is an additional sitting area––perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying conversation. Back on the main floor, there is a fully stocked kitchen, with plenty of counter space. Guests can enjoy the drip coffee maker in the morning, or boil the kettle for a cup of tea. In addition, there is a small dining area that can be used to share in family meals.

AMENITIES

Guests have use of a completely private patio to enjoy incredible mountain views. There is also a BBQ available for grilling up the perfect steak. Inside, there is a free washer and dryer available, as well as on-site parking. Please note, when it snows we cannot guarantee access to the BBQ.

Guest access

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the lock-off, which is locked at all times from both sides.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

The space was clean and roomy for our family of four, and the kitchen was well stocked. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. One downside is that you need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit, and the wooden steps have definitely seen better days. The owner may want to mention this in the listing to inform those with accessibility concerns. Overall the place was good for the price.

Easy to find place in a good location. Clean, and spacious.

Everything was great. Parking is the only downfall when it’s busy and there is a bunch of snow.

Great spot to stay for a weekend skiing in Fernie. Spacious and clean.
