The space
BED & BATH
The large, spacious master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. The secondary bedroom offers two queen beds––perfect for larger families––as well as an additional ensuite bathroom. In the third small but cozy bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed available and another bathroom on the floor.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. Providing all the basics, down to the salt and pepper, the chef will have no problem whipping together dinner for the whole family––which can be shared around the large dining table. In the living room, curl up in front of the stone fireplace with a hot cup of coco and enjoy the board games provided.
AMENITIES
One of the highlights of the space, step out onto the back patio to catch the sunset over Mount Fernie. Find a BBQ and patio set available for al fresco meals. Please note, when it snows we cannot guarantee access to the BBQ. There is good Wifi with Smart TV's on the main floor and in the basement. For families, there is a Pack n’ Play available. In addition, there is free parking available on the premises.
IMPORTANT: The strata forbid the use of hot plates and portable cooking stoves in all lock-off units.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)

- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
- Strictly no cooking on portable hotplates or cooking stoves within lock-offs: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
