The space
BED & BATHThe spacious hotel-style suite is beautifully decorated and ready for guests! Settle into the queen-sized bed with plush, hotel quality bedding. The private, en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite and offers a tub as well. Within the bathroom, you’ll find all the necessities including shampoo/ body wash, locally crafted soaps and a hair dryer. In the main room, guests have access to a mini fridge and microwave for quick meals on the go.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes

- Strictly no cooking within lock-offs, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Great location; Accommodations met our needs for a nice sleeping room and bathroom for a short stay; Quick responses from Stephanie and Management; And provided at a good value.
Perfect spot for solo traveller or couple! Felt exactly like a hotel room. Super cleanly. I used this space in the off season so the price was phenomenal and well worth what the space was.

Stephanie gave us clear and easy to follow instructions. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the place was exactly as described, super clean and had everything we needed for a one night stop.
I took a couple days away to de-stress and this was perfect. The area is beautiful the downtown is friendly. Stephanie was a great host.

The description is very accurate. Stephanie is very responsive and helpful. The bed and space were comfortable. The unit next door was pretty loud and you can hear a lot from them, but it didn’t keep me awake.
