Settle into a beautiful two bedroom condo with an additional upstairs loft. With ample space for the whole family, you will feel right at home. It is a perfect condo complex for larger groups and people who want a quiet, relaxing getaway. Best of all, you’ll be surrounded by some of the most incredible mountain views––which can be seen from just about any room in the house.
The space
BED & BATHWith two large bedrooms offering comfy queen beds–– there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Up in the loft, guests can enjoy four additional beds, including one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds (perfect for little ones!). You’ll also find two fully-stocked baths available, including tubs for a long soak.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for cozying up in front of with a good book. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including coffee brewer, kettle and toaster. There is also a large table available to be used as a workspace or for dining.
AMENITIES
Enjoy an al fresco dinner meal out on the private, outdoor patio. While grilling up dinner on the BBQ, enjoy the sweeping mountain views. Please note, when it snows we cannot guarantee access to the BBQ. For longer stays, find an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience.
IMPORTANT: The strata forbid the use of hot plates and portable cooking stoves in all lock-off units.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Great place to stay had everything as described a home away from home. Would stay here again for sure.
Great location in between the mountain and downtown. Stephanie’s place was clean and was well supplied.
Great place for a pit stop to ski Fernie. Beds were comfortable and place was perfect for a group. Easy access to Fernie and about 2 miles from town.
