The space
BED & BATHThe large, spacious room has one cozy king-sized bed, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. The bathroom comes fully stocked with local bath products and plush, cozy towels. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV and Wifi for your convenience.

There is free parking available on the premises, as well as free street parking.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
- Strictly no cooking within lock-offs, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Unit as in description. Comfortable bed, small dining table and tv, mini fridge and microwave for precooked meals. Stayed there for work and did the trick. Check in needed a 3rd party app but easy enough following instructions.
Very congested in parking was hard to find certain times of the day other than that no issues

Ryland always has the cleanest places to stay and in the best areas of Fernie. We recommend staying at any of the lovely Riverside locations.

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Was really wonderful having an AC unit as most places didn’t have that as an option. Close drive to downtown, walking distance if you feel like putting in a few km’s. Would stay again.
Perfect place to sleep after a long day out. 5 minutes drive away from anything in Fernie makes it a very convenient location.
This was a perfect place for my husband to stay while in Fernie for work. The room had everything he needed and was comfortable. I appreciated the easy check in and communication with the host. We will defiantly book again!

The stay was as advertised in a great location. Bathroom needed a deeper clean which is the only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5. We would definitely come back in the future. Thank you!
I have not stayed at Ryland’s rentals a few times, great value for the price, everything in excellent condition and he always responds quickly to any questions I may have on the unit or area.

Great place to stay, the only issue we had was getting in with the door lock but Ryland responded in a timely matter and helped us get in even with a later check in.

A good reliable and cheap option for a stay in Fernie. Close location to town makes getting places a breeze. Hot in the fall due to no AC, but I imagine that’s not a problem in the winter. Great place would come again

Rylands place was a great spot to stay for a short stay in Fernie! We enjoyed the location for picnics, biking and hiking in the area.

Hi Ryland, our stay was a good value for what we needed, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only comment we have was it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Very comfortable large bed, microwave and fridge included. But after a long drive I would have liked to make a cup of tea and there were no cups or glasses there. To far to go out and find something.
A reasonably priced option if you need a place to crash at night. Room was clean. Would choose it again for a fishing trip.

Host was very responsive and gave friendly reminders about the time change so we wouldn’t miss check out. He allowed us to extend our check out by an hour with no problems. Small room but perfect for just one night or weekend!
