A renovated top floor condo lock-off (hotel style room) at Timberline with great views of the ski hill. You will also have access to the communal hot tub, sauna, games room, and BBQ's areas. Located up near Fernie Alpine Resort you'll be near all the action. With trails right outside the building, adventure awaits you, and in winter, ski directly to the building. The space

In the bedroom, you will find a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with twin mattresses, suited for both couples and families with little ones. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom with a full-sized soaker tub. Please note, there is no kitchen in this room.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

AMENITIES
Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets. Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage.

Please note this building does not have an elevator/lift.

Other things to note

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

There is a parking pass scheme in place at Timberline properties. Please ensure you use the pass(es) provided in the property during your stay, and return before your

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, sauna and game rooms are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

House Rules

- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 6 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- Nothing is to be left in the hallways.
- Remove dirt and snow from your footwear before entering the building. Please consider removing dirty footwear.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors unless otherwise stated. Please use the locker provided in the basement, or the bike racks outside.
- The strata have a quiet time bylaw (11 PM - 7 AM) that requires all occupants of units in the strata not to generate noise that pervades other units during this time. Noise travels easily from the outside of the buildings. Ensure to be especially quiet on decks past 11 PM. Any complaints will result in an automatic fine of $200 to be levied against your party.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
- Park carefully, considerately, and adhere to ‘No Parking’ areas. At busy times there is a shortage of parking.
- You must return the Timberline parking pass to the unit prior to your departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of $50 per pass.
- Do not idle your vehicle. Air intake vents will bring your exhaust fumes in the entire building.

IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK

- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

LOCK OFF CONDOS (rooms without a kitchen)

- Strictly no cooking within lock-off units: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves if they are provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Hot tub and BBQ’s got used every night. The place was quite and clean.

Condo was a great place to stay. Fernie is a booming town with lots to do. I would really like to come back in ski season. Place was clean and Ryland’s communication was top notch.

Great place, had 1 issue the whole 3 week stay with a ski locker code but once I messaged it was less then an hour response time.

The room was nice and clean. It was small but the location was good.

Great location and comfortable room!

Clean and cosy with comfy beds and fluffy towels. Quite small and the walls were thin but we enjoyed our stay.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. The walls are very thin, I could hear the neighbors TV word for word at night. It seems like the neighbors unit and this unit are supposed to be one, but they divided it with one of those double lock hotel room doors in between. You can also hear anyone walking in the hallway and their whole conversations as well. The condo is just far enough from the ski resort that you’ll want to drive or take the bus! Walking is a bit far. But for the location, the price was affordable! The place was clean and Jennifer was responsive.
