This easily accessible, quiet condo is exactly what you're looking for when you stay in Fernie. Within walking distance to downtown's wide-variety of unique restaurants and nightlife, and nearby to Elk River trails and mountain view patios, this condo at Silver Rock has everything you need for your stay. Best of all? Guests have access to Silver Rock's swimming pool, hot tub, gymnasium, and underground heated parking.

The space

BED & BATH

The bedroom is a hotel suite style with a large, king-sized bed. Unwind after a long day among the pristine, white bedding and enjoy the comfort of a luxury mattress. The private bathroom is a four-piece unit, including a tub for a soak after a long day on the ski hills. The bathroom comes fully stocked with all the basics.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

Within the suite, spread out among the living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, there is a flat screen TV available to catch the big game, as well as a stone fireplace for cozy nights in. The kitchen comes with everything you could need including dishes, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

AMENITIES

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.There is free underground parking available for guests on-site. Outside, guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.

**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**

- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Had a great stay!

We had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during our visit to Fernie.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Fernie BC for a few days. Stephanie’s an amazing host. Location is not too far from downtown. You also get the views of the mountain and the river. Overall great place to stay at. Would highly recommend.

Stephanie's place was neat, tidy and well equipped for our stay. it was in a good location close to everything.

Stephanie’s place was really nice. The kitchen was really well equipped so we could make nice food in on the nights we weren’t exploring the town. Very comfy big bed and nice to have the BBQ on a quiet balcony at the back of the block!

Beautiful condo only missing a tv in the bedroom

We enjoyed our brief stay at Stephanie’s Condo. Comfortable bed, quiet with all the necessities needed Close to the ski hill and downtown. Best of both worlds for the skiers. Next time we will come during the ski season. Thanks again and would highly recommend Cheers John & Patricia

Excellent location on the Elk River on Crows Nest Hwy but no traffic noise heard. The condo was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Hot tub and pool were great. Washer and dryer in condo was a plus point. Easy walks to town and the scenic Elk River. Fernie Alpine Resort just a few kilometers away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Stephanie was quick to respond to all communications.

Perfectly adequate and clean but nothing homey or cozy about the space. it is very convenient by car to town and skiing but not very walkable. the walk to town is short but al9ng a busy highway.

Stephanie is a great host , her place is nice a cozy , would come back again .

Great condo! Very clean and full of amenities

Michelle was very helpful, especially with the booking and checkin process. The accomodation felt like a home and was perfect for a couple. I would definitely recommend staying here as we didn’t want to leave.
