This updated 2 bedroom unit at SilverRock condos is conveniently located on the ground floor. Full access to all the hotel-like amenities. For your convenience, guests can enjoy the on-site hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym. You will have access to all the building amenities including underground parking. This space is comfortable and convenient with easy access to the ski hills of beautiful Fernie Alpine Resort, as well as bustling Downtown Fernie.
The space
BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a luxe queen bed and plenty of closet space for storage. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to unwind after a travel day. The second bedroom contains a queen bed with an additional bathroom with a tub. All bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
For the ultimate movie lovers, there is an XL TV available in the living room to be enjoyed with a blazing fire roaring in the fireplace. There is also an additional lounge chair if you’d rather curl up with a good book. Over in the kitchen, find a fully-stocked workspace for whipping up a good home cooked meal. Stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker–– it’s all available here!

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
