Some of the best views of the ski hills in Fernie! The suite is private with its own entry. There are two recliner chairs, a comfy bed and a nice bathroom with underfloor heating. Guests have full use of the shared amenities such as a hot tub, sauna, games room, BBQ use and a safe ski-snowboard storage locker.
The space
BED & BATHThe large, spacious suite has a queen size bed, perfect for couples spending a weekend hitting the slopes in Fernie! There is also a private, three-piece ensuite attached. The bathrooms come fully stocked for your stay––including shampoo, body wash and cozy towels. In the main room, guests have use of a mini fridge for storing meals on the go, as well as a microwave.
AMENITIES
Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets. Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Downstairs, guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage.
IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.
Please note this building does not have an elevator/lift.

House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 6 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes.- No pets.
- No parties.
- Nothing is to be left in the hallways.
- Remove dirt and snow from your footwear before entering the building. Please consider removing dirty footwear.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors unless otherwise stated. Please use the locker provided in the basement, or the bike racks outside.
- The strata have a quiet time bylaw (11 PM - 7 AM) that requires all occupants of units in the strata not to generate noise that pervades other units during this time. Noise travels easily from the outside of the buildings. Ensure to be especially quiet on decks past 11 PM. Any complaints will result in an automatic fine of $200 to be levied against your party.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
- Park carefully, considerately, and adhere to ‘No Parking’ areas. At busy times there is a shortage of parking.
- You must return the Timberline parking pass to the unit prior to your departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of $50 per pass.
- Do not idle your vehicle. Air intake vents will bring your exhaust fumes in the entire building.
IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
LOCK OFF CONDOS (rooms without a kitchen)
- Strictly no cooking within lock-off units: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves if they are provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

NO Air Conditioning. My mistake for not reading closer. But with 35 deg. days it was rough. Everything else was great!
It’s in a convenient location. A 5 minute walk to the chairlift and a 7 minute drive to Fernie.
A coffee maker would be a nice addition to the room.
Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway, would recommend to any couple looking to ski Fernie!

Excellent location, Elizabeth was very responsive and all instructions were clear and easy to follow! The hot tub was lovely after a long day on the slopes! Definitely recommend this place and would consider staying again
