The space
BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and an extra-large HD TV. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to unwind after a day of skiing. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed. All bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The modern living room has a comfy leather couch for cozying up in front of the stone fireplace, as well as an additional wingback chair. There is a TV also available for those who want to enjoy a movie night. The open-concept kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room for family gatherings. The large dining table can also double as an office space for those working remotely. The well-equipped kitchen stores everything you may need for your stay, including a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Additionally, all the basics such as salt, pepper and olive olive are available.

There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 8 am, this includes the
common areas, hallways, etc. Also, please do not allow your children to play or run in the hallways
- The pool and gym areas are open daily from 6 am–11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- The hot tub area is open daily from 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- No smoking, no alcohol nor food, pets nor glassware allowed in pool, hot tub and gym areas
- No smoking allowed in front of the building, by the front doors, nor in common areas nor suite
balconies
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit, use ski lockers in the garage to store your skis or snowboard
- Do Not wear Ski boots nor snowboard boots in the building
- No bicycles allowed on the balconies
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
- The orange key fob on the ruler is used to access the pool area, the gym, and communal laundry room.
- If the two black key fobs, the orange fob or the garage remote is missing you will be charged a $75 replacement fee
- Outside parking in parking lot, not under covered entrance area or fire lane
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
