This cozy 2 bedroom condo has upgraded furniture and is located on the ground floor. For your convenience, guests can enjoy the on-site hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym. You will have access to all the building amenities including underground parking. Extra-large HD TV's in the living room and the Master Bedroom. With 24 hour check-in, a well-equipped kitchen and modern furnishings you are sure to enjoy your stay!

The space

BED & BATH

The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and an extra-large HD TV. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to unwind after a day of skiing. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed. All bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The modern living room has a comfy leather couch for cozying up in front of the stone fireplace, as well as an additional wingback chair. There is a TV also available for those who want to enjoy a movie night. The open-concept kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room for family gatherings. The large dining table can also double as an office space for those working remotely. The well-equipped kitchen stores everything you may need for your stay, including a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Additionally, all the basics such as salt, pepper and olive olive are available.

AMENITIES

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

TRANSPORTATION

There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 8 am, this includes the
common areas, hallways, etc. Also, please do not allow your children to play or run in the hallways
- The pool and gym areas are open daily from 6 am–11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- The hot tub area is open daily from 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- No smoking, no alcohol nor food, pets nor glassware allowed in pool, hot tub and gym areas
- No smoking allowed in front of the building, by the front doors, nor in common areas nor suite
balconies
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit, use ski lockers in the garage to store your skis or snowboard
- Do Not wear Ski boots nor snowboard boots in the building
- No bicycles allowed on the balconies
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
- The orange key fob on the ruler is used to access the pool area, the gym, and communal laundry room.
- If the two black key fobs, the orange fob or the garage remote is missing you will be charged a $75 replacement fee
- Outside parking in parking lot, not under covered entrance area or fire lane

COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

In Fernie for a week of fishing and worked out great for us

This is a wonderful place to stay. There is so much to see in Fernie and lots of trails to explore. Andrew’s hospitality is exactly what we were looking for. Access to a washer and dryer is very nice.

Great two bedroom condo

Exactly as expected, and we had an amazing time. Air conditioning in the building is quite loud but not something in the hosts control. If I was being picky, the place could use a couple lighting upgrades, particularly in the kitchen to brighten things up. Friends have a place in the building and we will look to stay with Ryland again in the future!

Overall, this condo is clean, very quiet (considering it’s right on the highway) & well stocked. Andrew had excellent communication-all standard and computerized. Things were simple & easy to understand. For a touch down point, that you don’t spend much time in, this place is perfect. Now for us, we spend more time there, as we have 2 small kids. For that, I wish the space was brighter. It is quite dark-with old brown walls & dim lighting. The place doesn’t get much sun till later in the day. The deck has a nice view of green space, very private. But quite limited mountain views. The price you pay for likely more quiet & less view! Overall, a dark place, but suited out needs just fine

This was the fifth time that I stayed a week at the Silver Rock building. Andrew's suite was the largest one that I stayed at, and the most quiet. Andrew was very responsive.

convenient location, close to downtown, quiet, comfortable living space, enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub and gym (almost always the only user), nice to sit on the little balcony surrounded by green space. We appreciated staying on the ground floor so that we didn't have to use the elevator. We would stay again.

Great place to stay. Swimming pool, hot tube and gym is excellent. It is good to use after your daily event. Will definitely come again next time I visit Fernie.

Check in and out was seamless. Clean, very comfy beds, nice space for two couples. In terms of location it should be noted it’s a bit of a walk to and from downtown (20 minutes). Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

great, quiet place to stay

The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking necessitates which was really nice to find.

We had a great stay at Andrew's place. The room met all our needs for our ski trip, and the location was great and only 5 minutes from the hill.

Would have given five stars except the sink in the master bedroom had a sign that said out of service when we checked in and we weren’t notified about it before hand, nor was any attempt made to fix it during our four night stay. Luckily the other two sinks in the apartment were usable. Clean, great location less than 15 mins from the ski hill and super comfy beds!

Andrew’s place was in a very nice location. The hot tub, pool and steam room were excellent amenities. It was clean and had all the essentials we needed and more!

Great home, location is fantastic and very clean. Andrew stocks his home with kitchen ware, basic spices and other kitchen tools to use during the stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Our group for 4 loved the place and would stay again. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could need, plus a few basics like salt/pepper, oil and even coffee beans and a grinder to use for the coffee machine! Beds were very comfortable too. The gym was basic but still handy to have available.
