Nestle into this updated 4th floor unit (quiet side of the building), which offers the best view in the building! Upgraded decor, covered balcony with BBQ, open-concept living/dining space with gas fireplace, 2-story windows, mountain-view bedroom, full bath with deep-soaker tub, fully equipped kitchen, and in-suite washer/dryer. In addition to the incredible unit, you’ll also have full access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub.
The space
BED & BATHEnjoy a hotel-like experience in the peaceful, neutral bedroom. With a plush queen-sized bed and luxe bed linens, it’s hard not to enjoy a lazy morning in bed. The en-suite bath is a four-piece suite, including a soaker tub. Enjoy the use of fluffy, thick towels, a hair dryer and locally-sourced bath products.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features an open-concept main room with updated, chalet decor. Cozy up in front of the stone fireplace to enjoy an evening of reading, or perhaps catch the big game on the flat screen TV. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything a master home chef could want–– right down to the cookie sheet. The adjoining dining space is equipped for five guests, with the opportunity to add two more at the high-top counter. There is additional seating outdoors on the picturesque patio with incredible views!

In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view!
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Nice and simple place. Easy access to the ski resort. It was nice with the hot tub after a day of skiing. The gym is extremely limited, unless you have great imagination
Great location and clean place to stay. Everything is 3-4mins drive. Garage access was really convenient. Next time will definitely stay for a longer period.
Ryland is a great host, very responsive and polite. I’ve now stayed at his places multiple times and will continue to comeback.
The location was great for our needs. A short walk to the old downtown district of Fernie was perfect for us, and having a nice quiet balcony with a beautiful view to come back to was a great way to finish off a day.
Place was clean and great location for a weekend get away. No noise from neighbouring units which is a bonus for me! trails are close and restaurants are not far either.

We came to Fernie to fish the Elk River and Sarah and Craig’s place was perfect. Nice and close to everything, very clean and quiet and had everything we needed!

Sarah and Craig were very cooperative from the very beginning until post check out. We even forgot our jacket, and they helped in retrieving it. The place was amazing and we highly recommend it.
