Full access to all the awesome building amenities including pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym and underground parking.
The space
BED & BATHThe studio is a large, bright and airy room with mountain views. Fitted with a queen-sized bed, the room is perfect for a couple or a single guest. There is also a full-sized refrigerator available, should you want to store meals to go or keep beverages cool. Equipped with everything you need for your stay - you won't need to bring a thing! In the en-suite bathroom, find a standup shower, cozy towels and locally-made soaps.
AMENITIES
In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets.
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

A very last minute booking and I was accommodated. Easy to get in, spotless room with all the convenience of a suite.
2nd time staying. BBQ and full kitchen is nice! Nice option for pool and hot tub.
Cute penthouse in Fernie , pool, spa was fun and the quietness was awesome , spent lots of time on the nice patio. Recommended if you want to stay close between town and the mountains.
Unit was exactly as listd, building ameneties were fantastic. Pool was clean and being indoors, weather was never an issue. Steam room was a nice bonus.
Stayed here for 2 weeks on a work trip, clean rooms, easy check in, nice building and very responsive and helpful host. Would stay again.
Had a great stay New Year’s Eve. Expected to hear some partying but never heard it. Nice, quiet place. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again
Great staying in this air bnb. Would definitely come again. Michelle was a wonderful host with quick responses which made the stay even more relaxing.
Very good place to stay, quite comparable to hotels in the pricing range but get a full kitchen with.
Passing through and needed a rest stop for the night, pretty satisfied and easy to find.
