The space
BED & BATH
With two large bedrooms offering plush king and queen beds, as well as a loft with an additional queen bed–– there’s plenty of room for everyone. Find both bedrooms with a calming, neutral palette to ensure a good night's sleep. In the loft, there is one queen bed––perfect for those who want to bunk up. The bathroom is suited with a four-piece bath and comes fully stocked with all the necessities, including local soaps. There is an additional bathroom available on the main floor.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Take in the tall, vaulted ceilings in the living room while kicking back on the couch. Find a flat screen TV available, should you want to catch up on all your favourite shows. There is also a full-sized kitchen table for those working remotely, or to be used for enjoying family-style meals. The kitchen has everything you could want during your stay, including a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
AMENITIES
In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view!
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 8 am, this includes the
common areas, hallways, etc. Also, please do not allow your children to play or run in the hallways
- The pool and gym areas are open daily from 6 am–11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- The hot tub area is open daily from 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- No smoking, no alcohol nor food, pets nor glassware allowed in pool, hot tub and gym areas
- No smoking allowed in front of the building, by the front doors, nor in common areas nor suite
balconies
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit, use ski lockers in the garage to store your skis or snowboard
- Do Not wear Ski boots nor snowboard boots in the building
- No bicycles allowed on the balconies
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
- The orange key fob on the ruler is used to access the pool area, the gym, and communal laundry room
- If the two black key fobs, the orange fob or the garage remote is missing you will be charged a $75 replacement fee
- Outside parking in parking lot, not under covered entrance area or fire lane
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
