The space
BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a plush king bed and TV. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who enjoy a long soak. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed with an overhead single bunk. Note that the upper bunk bed is not made up, but sheets are provided. There is an additional full bath on the main floor for guests' use.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The main living space was recently updated with modern wood floors and a fresh coat of paint! With an open concept flow, the kitchen, dining room and family room are all connected for easy entertainment and family hangouts. Cozy up in front of the stone fireplace with a good book, or let the fire roar as you gather around the coffee table for game nights. In the kitchen, find all the amenities a home chef could want, including a coffee maker, toaster and microwave for convenience.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
