PRIME LOCATION! 3 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the ski hill. A great place for families. Guests have use of the condo’s pool, hot tub, steam room and gym for when not exploring Fernie. Snuggle up in hotel quality linens. Bonus: Underground parking and ski locker access!

The space

BED & BATH

The large, spacious master bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. In the second cozy bedroom, there is an additional queen-sized bed available and another bathroom on the floor.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. Providing all the basics, down to the salt and pepper, the chef will have no problem whipping together dinner for the whole family––which can be shared around the large dining table. In the living room, curl up in front of the stone fireplace with a hot cup of tea.

AMENITIES

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.

**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**

- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

Great spot, good location to access all that is fernie

We were only passing through and this served our purpose we'll. We could definitely have stayed longer very comfortably.

In Fernie for a week and this place is a great spot to stay. Clean and comfortable, lots of parking and is close enough to bike anywhere in town.

This unit was clean and comfortable and looked like the description. However the temperature was hard to control. We were either too hot or too cold.

Ryland’s place was excellent! Exactly as listed and close to local restaurants. Was great to have a hot tub after long days of golf. Perfect for 4 adults for a quick get away!

Lots of amenities at location and lots to do nearby

Our kids loved the pool! The condo was not very well stocked for a family who enjoys eating meals in.

Ryland was great at communication. The space was exactly what we expected. We will stay here again when in fernie.

Had a great stay at Ryland’s place and would return! He was a great communicator, and was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. The suite was perfect for two couples and matched all of our needs. Public hot tub was a welcome addition to the use of the unit, and wasn’t ever too busy.

We had a great weekend in Fernie. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked including coffee filters! The pool and hot tub were a great perk.

This place matched the description. It was a good place to stay to see Fernie. Easy walk to downtown.

Everything was great!

Great host. Was accommodating and communication was excellent. Have stayed in this building before but not in this unit. Really like the location of the building, close to town and on the way to the provincial park and ski hill. I find I can ride to any of the mountain bike areas pretty easily from here. The food trucks across the street are nice to grab something quick to eat as well. There's also a Dairy Queen and a gas station right there too. Pool is pretty big for this kind of building, so the kids like that. The unit itself was nice and clean. It was well equipped with pretty much any kitchen utensil I would ever need on a vacation. It's also in a quiet location, not facing the highway. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay at Mark's place. The place is close to town, very convenient access to everything. Fernie Ski Resort is just within 8 mins drive from this place. The room is very clean and spacious, and Mark was friendly and easy to contact when we had questions.
