Just a quick drive to either Downtown Fernie for an evening of dining and entertainment, as well as to the Fernie Alpine Resort ski hills––this unit is all about location, location, location!
The space
BED AND BATH
Throughout the house there are five, sprawling bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed dressed in hotel quality linens, as well as ample storage for your belongings. There are three bathrooms, one available on each of the three floors for easy access. The bathrooms come fully stocked for your stay––including body wash/shampoo and cozy towels.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The upstairs living room features a large flat screen Roku TV (no cable) for cozy movie nights in. Or, enjoy an evening of cards around one of the two fireplaces in the home. In the basement, there is an additional sitting area with a huge sectional large enough for the whole family to snuggle up on. For all your cooking needs, the kitchen comes stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay; toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee maker. In addition we provide a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay.
INSUITE LAUNDRY
There is a laundry room in the lower level that you can use during your stay.
PATIO
There are three incredible patios to choose from during your stay. Enjoy an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table, or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on your private balcony. For the grill master, there is a BBQ available to cook up some steaks. Please note, when it snows we cannot guarantee access to the BBQ. There is free parking available in the parking lot (no trailers), as well as free local street parking where you can park trailers.
Guest access
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. The lock off suite can be booked separately and may have other guests staying in it. Although it is completely separate and private.

Please note that the BBQ may be inaccessible during winter months, as availability depends on snow and ice conditions.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored indoors unless otherwise stated.
IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
