This recently renovated guest suite provides all the basic amenities. Offering Double XL and Single XL beds. Walk just 30-minutes to reach the entrance of Mount Fernie Provincial Park for incredible hiking, biking and cross-country skiing adventures. Hop in the car and drive 6-minutes to reach Fernie Alpine Resort where you’ll be flying down Lizard Range in no time.

The space

BED & BATH

This hotel-style room features a Double XL and a Single XL bed, ideal for a small family. There is a closet and a dresser.The bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub. Guests can find all the amenities, including shampoo/ body wash, and fluffy towels available for use.

IMPORTANT: Strictly no cooking within lock-off units: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves if they are provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.

Guest access

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the main unit, which is locked at all times from both sides.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules

- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am
- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies, or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors, or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet-friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit

- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead, use allocated storage locations

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
