This classic two bedroom condo, plus loft, makes for a spacious stay in a great location. Bright and airy, guests can enjoy incredible mountain views from just about anywhere within the space. After a full day of skiing at Fernie Alpine Resort (just a 6-minute drive!), there’s no place better to cozy up than in front of the stone fireplace with a good book, or even better company.
The space
BED & BATHWith two large bedrooms offering plush queen and double beds, as well as a loft with three additional beds–– there’s plenty of room for everyone. Find both bedrooms with a calming, neutral palette to ensure a good night's sleep. In the loft, there is one queen bed, as well as two singles––perfect for those who want to bunk up. The bathroom is suited with a four-piece bath and comes fully stocked with all the necessities, including local soaps. There is an additional bathroom available on the main floor.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Take in the tall, vaulted ceilings in the living room while kicking back on the couch. Find a flat screen TV available, should you want to catch up on all your favourite shows. There is also a full-sized kitchen table for those working remotely, as well as an additional desk in the loft. The kitchen has everything you could want during your stay, including a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
AMENITIES
Enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee out on the private patio, taking in the stunning mountain vista off in the distance. There is also use of a free washer and dryer available, as well as accessible on-site parking.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 7 am- Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes
- No pets (unless you are in a pet friendly unit)
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.

great place to stay and room for the whole family - especially for a winter ski trip
Stephanie’s place was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of space for all of us. Location for getting to the ski hill was less then 10 minutes. I would recommend Stephanies place and would definitely stay again.
Beautiful home, it was spacious and clean. Easy booking and check in, with lots to do in the town nearby. Great stay.

This place is so awesome! So much room and very comfortable. The kids loved the loft and it was a great space for them to play. It has everything you need for cooking. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay an 8 minute drive to Fernie Resort! The kitchen is well-equipped to cook, the beds are comfortable, and there is a great living room with fireplace to enjoy an apres ski evening!
