Nestled half way between town and the bustling ski hills of Fernie Alpine Resort, this cozy hotel-style suite makes for a perfect homebase to hit the slopes. Offering a double suite with a separate living room––there is plenty of space and privacy. This is the perfect spot for mountain adventurers who ski, bike, hike and/or fly fish, located right at the base of Mount Fernie Provincial Park and the Elk Valley Nordic Centre.
The space
BED & BATHSettle into this cozy hotel-style room with a private entrance. In the bedroom, there is one Double XL bed, as well as a private ensuite with a full bath. In the next room over, enjoy the use of a separate living room, with a flat screen tv for cozy movie nights. There is also a fridge and microwave available for those who want to make a quick meal on the go or store leftovers.

If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking.This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am unless otherwise stated (any complaints to the strata result in $200 minimum fine).- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed.
- Fines and /or eviction may occur for broken building rules.
LOCK OFF CONDOS (rooms without a kitchen)
- Strictly no cooking within lock-off units: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves if they are provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
**IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

We really loved it here! There was a large staircase to reach the unit so be careful if you come here in the winter. Super clean, and cozy.
This was our second stay here, and we felt right at home. We really appreciated the quick response and communication of our host, and look forward to staying again. We highly recommend this property.
Nice place for basic sleeping accommodations. I incorrectly assumed there would be air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay. That should be more clear in the listing description.
